Job summary

Strativ Group in Austin, TX is seeking Electrical & Embedded Firmware Engineers for defense technology initiatives. You will develop firmware for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and power-management systems, collaborating closely with hardware and software teams.

Roles range from engineer to engineering manager, offering hands-on leadership in schematics, PCB layout, and delivering high‑reliability hardware from prototype through deployment.

Qualifications

Proficient in C/C++ with embedded systems experience.
Experience with STM32, TI C2000 or similar MCUs.
Real-time control: PID, PWM, FOC; RTOS or bare-metal development.
Defense, aerospace or high-reliability hardware background a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded firmware for power electronics and motor drives.
Lead electrical engineering efforts from schematics to deployment.
Collaborate across HW and firmware teams to deliver robust solutions.
