Spreetail is seeking a Safety Manager to drive a proactive safety culture across our fulfillment center. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including floor-level presence, walk-throughs, investigations, and training to keep associates safe and audits ready.

You will own OSHA recordables, support root-cause analyses, and ensure onboarding safety training is completed before shifts. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience, preferably in production or warehouse environments.
• Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Formal/regulatory experience with safety programs and audits.
• Ability to operate on the warehouse floor and lead safety initiatives independently.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive integrated safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level safety walkthroughs and incident investigations.
• Lead training sessions and ensure compliance across shifts.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date emergency response plans and safety resources.
