Spreetail is seeking a Safety Manager to proactively lead safety culture across our fulfillment center. You will conduct floor-level safety activities, investigations, and training, ensuring compliance is lived, not just documented.

The role demands ownership of safety programs in a fast-paced e-fulfillment environment. You will partner with operations to drive safety improvements, maintain OSHA readiness, and manage workers’ compensation and incident responses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production/warehouse environments.
• Regulatory exposure including logs, complaints, and onsite support.
• Hands-on experience with multi-shift operations, including nights/weekends.
• Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable as a floor-level presence with substantial on-floor time.

Responsabilités

• Own key safety metrics (OSHA, LTI) and drive root-cause actions.
• Document and close out every OSHA recordable with thorough investigations.
• Ensure training completion for new hires and PIT safety across shifts.
• Conduct monthly safety audits and close open items.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and costs.
