Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 2+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials.
• Experience developing and conducting EHS training programs.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, and improve company safety policies to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Develop and maintain EHS procedures, records, and OSHA documentation.
• Manage machine guarding, LOTO energy control procedures, and risk reduction on the shop floor.
• Lead Safety Committee and drive Injury and Illness Prevention Program compliance.
• Oversee hazardous waste, chemical management, and environmental permit compliance.
• Deliver safety training programs and maintain training records.
