Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for environmental, health, and safety programs across its manufacturing operations.

You will work with plant leadership to develop and implement programs that protect employees, contractors, facilities, and the environment while ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field required.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST or CSHM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide safety programs and initiatives to drive proactive culture.
• Integrate safety into daily manufacturing activities with operations leadership.
• Promote employee engagement in safety training and hazard awareness.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive incident reduction initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
