Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Implementation, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, or Deployment Engineering.
• Experience with complex enterprise software deployments, implementations, or integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and HTML; ability to read, modify lightweight code.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on technical resource within Forward Deployed Engineering for complex customer programs.
• Translate customer requirements into executable technical implementation activities.
• Configure, test, and validate customer-specific solutions across UJET products.
• Ensure activities align with architecture and milestones.
• Identify blockers, risks, and gaps early in deployment and propose practical solutions.
• Develop lightweight scripts and proofs of concept for deployment needs.
• Support customer testing, readiness, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Document integration requirements and data mappings; create reusable patterns.
