Job summary

SealMaster WNY and CNY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our wholesale sealer team. You will identify customer needs, process requests, and provide solutions to ensure a great experience while supporting related equipment and service tasks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and skilled at communication. This role involves working in an industrial setting, possibly getting dirty, and may require 40+ hour weeks with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Comfort with industrial equipment and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication, active listening, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store inventory and equipment.
• Keep a clean and welcoming storefront and service area.
• Work with stressed customers and stay calm and polite.
• Update all customer service information for readiness.
• Determine system improvements and identify trends.
• Provide technical advice and help desk resources.
• Use best practices to develop rapport with customers.
• Document all customer interactions.
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
