Job summary

American Facility Services is seeking a hands-on Custodial Manager to oversee operations at a government facility in Fulton County, GA. This role leads custodial staff, conducts inspections, and ensures contract compliance and security protocols.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, manage schedules and supplies, address customer concerns, and maintain high cleaning standards while staying flexible to operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial personnel across assigned facilities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality audits.
• Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contract requirements and facility security protocols.
• Manage staffing schedules, labor hours, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, customer concerns, and emergency situations.
