Codaray Construction in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Project Manager to own multiple commercial construction projects from initial takeoff through closeout. You’ll lead on scheduling, procurement, and contract administration, coordinating with preconstruction/estimating teams and key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership of cost control, schedule integrity, and quality, with collaboration across owners, architects, engineers, and subs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction, design, or project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proven track record of leading teams effectively.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Prior PM experience on large commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master project schedule.
• Manage subcontract and purchase order buyout after project award.
• Develop cost budgets and schedules of values.
• Prepare monthly pay applications.
• Lead OAC and coordination meetings.
• Approve vendor invoices for project costs.
• Deliver monthly project cost forecasts.
