The role emphasizes ownership of cost control, schedule integrity, and quality, with collaboration across owners, architects, engineers, and subs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction, design, or project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proven track record of leading teams effectively.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Prior PM experience on large commercial projects preferred.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll run point on multiple commercial construction projects, working daily with your Project Superintendent and subcontractors to keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and on quality. You'll own contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling, and you'll partner closely with our preconstruction/estimating team — engaging owners, architects, engineers, and subs on constructability and value engineering as projects move from negotiation to execution.
