Job summary

Codaray Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in Ridgeland, MS, from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the schedule, budget, procurement, and contract administration while coordinating daily with the Project Superintendent and subs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, 5+ years PM experience on large commercial projects, and strong verbal and written communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in construction, design, or PM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience leading teams on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master project schedule
• Manage subcontract and purchase order buyout after project award
• Develop cost budgets and schedules of values
• Prepare monthly pay applications
• Lead OAC and coordination meetings
• Approve vendor invoices for project costs
• Deliver monthly project cost forecasts
