Hargrove is seeking a Capital Projects Engineer to provide engineering support for major capital projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while upholding safety, health, and environmental standards at the facility.

The role requires independent handling of major projects, with the ability to direct others when needed and to manage projects from proposal to commissioning with milestones and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably capital projects
• Strong project management, planning and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of plant operations and processes in industrial/chemical facilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project plans with minimal supervision to align with organizational goals and optimize plant capacity.
• Manage projects from proposal to commissioning with clear milestones, budgets and performance metrics.
• Organize projects into stages (scope, schedule, costs, functionality, construction) for disciplined risk control.
• Coordinate internal/contract labor and ensure compliance with safety policies and engineering standards.
• Submit projects for gate approval with all required information and documentation.
