Job summary

EarthCam, Inc. in Upper Saddle River, NJ seeks an energetic Facilities Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations of our 10-acre campus and satellite location.

You will manage building systems, grounds maintenance, vendor contracts, and inspections to ensure a safe, efficient environment. As an individual contributor, you will lead preventative maintenance, budget with the C-Suite, coordinate with third-party landscapers, and support emergency responses, with a focus on reliability and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related positions.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate pallet jacks and mobile aerial work platforms (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee building and grounds maintenance for HQ and satellite location.
• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs as needed.
• Manage service contracts and interact with landscapers and snow removal contractors.
• Conduct facilities inspections and document observations.
• Review vendor work, maintain insurance and compliance info.
• Recommend modifications to maintenance, electrical, and facility design.
• Obtain bids for equipment replacements, upgrades and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on schedule.
• Budget with C-Suite and supervise facility resources.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather and be on call for emergencies.
• Collaborate with executives on facilities budgeting.
• Assist with assembly/moving of furniture and racking.
• Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
• Monitor consumable products.
