Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee engineering/maintenance operations at our Elizabeth, NJ site. The role focuses on maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with emphasis on safety, asset protection and regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership in budgeting, CAPEX projects, and energy conservation, plus directing the emergency response team and ensuring excellent guest relations through reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing engineering/maintenance operations in a large facility.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, CAPEX projects and energy programs.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security and asset protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering/maintenance operations and building systems.
• Lead budget planning, preventive maintenance and energy conservation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
