Qualifications

• Education – actively pursuing a Computer Science / Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Physical capacity to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors and maintains facilities mechanical components and systems.
• Oversees the Building Technician and preventive maintenance program.
• Develops and implements capital improvement projects and scope of work for bidding.
• Inspects and reports on condition, deficiencies and repair costs.
• Performs safety, EH&S compliance and collaborates on other projects as needed.
