Qualifications

• Active pursuit of Computer Science or Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering included).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, repair and replace building mechanical components and systems.
• Oversee Building Technician and preventive maintenance program.
• Assist in capital projects including scope of work for bidding and cost estimates.

Education

Computer Science / Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree (pursuing)
