Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Step in for Branch Manager during absence and manage staff.
• Team Supervision: Oversee Head Teller and Teller teams to ensure excellence.
• Branch Branding & Growth: Promote sales initiatives and uphold branch identity.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with clients and resolve issues promptly.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Review and approve transactions per policies.
• Performance & Standards: Meet or exceed branch metrics with focus on security and compliance.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing banking training and development.
