Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with extrusion blow molding experience to improve performance, reduce scrap, and support new product launches. This onsite, 24/7 manufacturing environment requires regular floor presence and the ability to collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to implement

Qualifications

5+ years of process engineering experience in plastics manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with extrusion blow molding strongly preferred.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes in production.
Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and molding equipment.
Experience with SPC, DOE, or Six Sigma tools (preferred).
Comfortable working on the production floor—not just at a desk.

Responsibilities

Optimize processes to improve cycle time, quality, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues directly on the floor.
Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
Support new product launches, mold trials, and validations.
Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
Develop SOPs and standardize best practices.
