Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking experienced Process Technicians to operate injection molding and blow molding equipment, perform mold changes, and ensure process control. This role offers a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in time off, every other weekend is a 3-day weekend, and a $3/hr night shift differential; pay ranges from $30–$40/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, plastics preferred.
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and run injection molding and blow molding machines to keep production flowing.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
• Catch problems early and take corrective action with QA.
• Document work and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
