Flexcraft is growing—and we’re hiring a hands-on Process Engineer with extrusion blow molding experience to help improve performance, reduce scrap, and support new product launches. If you’re currently working in plastics manufacturing and want a role where you can own the process, solve real problems, and drive measurable result, this is worth a look.
This is an onsite, hands-on role supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The position requires regular presence on the production floor and alignment with 12-hour production shifts as needed to support troubleshooting, process improvements, and key production activities. This structure allows you to be closer to the process, respond in real time, and make faster, more effective improvements—not just analyze problems after the fact. A typical day could include troubleshooting a process issue on the floor, running a trial, and working directly with operators to stabilize and improve performance.
Flexcraft is a family-owned manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience and a growing nationwide presence.
If you like being close to the process and making improvements that stick, you’ll fit in here.
