Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function as a solo department. You will own reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, ensuring accuracy, stability, and timely delivery of BI deliverables.

The role is hands‑on and combines design, development, and governance of the data ecosystem, including Power BI, Domo, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and Power Automate. Strong collaboration with department leaders is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics.
• Primary or sole analytics resource for an organization.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling and refresh management.
• Advanced SQL skills with Databricks or comparable platform.
• Experience building production Power Automate workflows with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Domo.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with validated results and clear assumptions.
• Establish standard metric definitions and documentation for reporting consistency.
• Monitor and resolve reporting issues to ensure uninterrupted data access.
• Document data sources, transformations, and refresh logic for auditability.
