Job summary

Parker & Sons seeks a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function as the organization’s primary resource for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. You will ensure accuracy, stability, and timeliness of BI deliverables and drive data-driven decision making.

This hands‑on leadership role requires prioritizing reporting, designing and building solutions, and maintaining them over time using Power BI, Domo, SQL, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including data modeling and refresh management.
• Advanced proficiency in Domo, including cards and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Expert-level Excel and Power Query, and production workflows in Power Automate with SharePoint integration.
• Strong experience integrating data from external systems via APIs and reconciling data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI and Domo.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with timely, validated results and clear assumptions.
• Establish standard metric definitions and supporting documentation for consistent reporting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues to ensure availability of critical information.
• Document data sources, transformations, integrations, and refresh logic for auditability.
