Job summary

Mancan is recruiting for Machine Operators / Battery Assemblers in Wooster, OH. You will operate and monitor manufacturing machinery, support battery assembly operations, and ensure production quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Candidates must be able to lift medium to heavy materials and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• English reading/writing and clear communication.
• Ability to lift medium to heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery per work orders.
• Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor performance and product output during runs.
• Conduct quality inspections and document defects.
• Assist maintenance with inspections and preventive tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
