Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead team leaders and warehouse staff in picking and packing orders using Dematic warehouse automation. The role ensures staff training, quality control, and safe, efficient operations in a large distribution center in Cranbury, NJ.

You will coordinate with maintenance to keep the Dematic system running smoothly, balance staffing with demand, and communicate progress to managers while driving productivity and a safe work

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team leaders and warehouse associates on picking and packing orders using Dematic warehouse automation.

• Balance staffing needs while fulfilling customer orders.
• Work with maintenance to keep the Dematic system fully operational.
• Communicate status updates to shift supervisors and managers.
• Motivate employees to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
