Responsibilities

• Ensure world class donor and customer service is delivered by creating a positive shopper experience.
• Train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members per policies and job descriptions.
• Hands-on leadership across store operations and active involvement in all areas.
• Oversee handling, merchandising, rotation, pricing, and stewardship of donated goods.
• Monitor store performance and labor metrics; take corrective action when needed.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll management and staffing adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and agency policies.
