Responsibilities

• Consistently delivering results for customers, teammates and the company
• Greeting customers courteously and providing a high level of service
• Complete work accurately and quickly with customers remaining in their vehicles
• Perform routine courtesy tasks (windshield cleaning, door hinge lubrication)
• Conduct multi-point inspection and identify additional repairs
• Advise Service Consultant for additional mechanical work
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager's absence
