Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is actively seeking top-level, hands-on management candidates with a desire to grow into key leadership roles. The Assistant Manager is responsible for inspecting and servicing vehicles in a quick and thorough manner for our customers, creating a superior environment through friendliness and professionalism.

This position will contribute to team success under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Competenze

• Hands-on management skills with ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Mansioni

• Greet customers courteously and ensure high level of service.
• Inspect and service vehicles quickly and thoroughly.
• Oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Perform inventory and stock orders.
• Open and close the store.
• Collaborate with Service Consultants for additional work.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Conduct multi-point inspections.
• Ensure adherence to SOS guidelines.
