Touro Property Management is seeking a hands-on, dependable Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to help lead our property's maintenance operations. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring safe, functional, and well-maintained apartment homes.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, supervising maintenance staff, preparing units for turnovers, and ensuring compliance with safety and codes. Strong technical skills and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in apartment or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and prioritizing work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Perform skilled tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general property upkeep.
