Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a maintenance technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will inspect devices, dismantle parts to locate faults, and replace defective components to restore performance.

You will also support parts sourcing, operate machining tools, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining CMMS history and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in general industry maintenance or 5+ years directly in maintenance.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs using basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify root causes by observing devices in operation and disassembly when needed.
• Source parts and perform repairs to restore device performance.
• Operate machining tools and may perform welding tasks as required.
• Maintain records in CMMS and support continuous improvement.
