Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance electrician to ensure CNC machines operate reliably, safely, and to spec. You will commission new installations, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with suppliers for parts and services.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrades across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus documenting work and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Electrical license required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with CNC machine tools and controls (Fanuc/Mazak/Siemens/Okuma/Haas).
• Ability to read schematics: hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical; PLC wiring diagrams and programming.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and service CNC equipment and auxiliaries.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade systems.
• Log all actions in the maintenance system and issue work orders.
