• Typically, 5-7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI-enabled apps.
• Experience taking product/workflow from idea to pilot deployment and value validation.
• Strong backend development skills in Python and/or TypeScript, proficiency in SQL, API design.
• Practical understanding of language models, embeddings, RAG, and tool calling.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams.
• Hands-on data pipelines design, ETL/ELT, batch and event-driven processing.

Responsabilidades

• Understand workflows with operational teams and translate to technical plans.
• Build AI-enabled applications, backend services and integrations; apply LM APIs and RAG.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming and delivering data.
• Prototype and evaluate AI models and tools; compare with traditional software.
• Create evaluation datasets and automated tests for model outputs and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, data and security to deploy in approved environments.
• Review designs and code; ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Track adoption, cycle time, and ROI to determine scaling decisions.
