Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the architectural foundation for production AI systems. This hybrid role requires hands-on prototyping, collaboration with enterprise architects and platform engineers, and guidance on governance, bias mitigation, and safety guardrails.

Expect influence across Cambia-wide AI standards and partnerships. You will report to the VP of Applied AI and help shape scalable AI solutions across complex healthcare environments,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with focus on designing complete systems in complex environments
• Experience leading architecture and technical leadership roles
• Healthcare tech familiarity or regulated industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes to validate approaches and align stakeholders
• Shape AI architecture standards including evaluation, observability, monitoring and safety guardrails
• Bridge AI/ML teams with enterprise architecture and platform engineering
• Guide portfolio decisions and assess integration complexity for roadmaps
• Lead partnership and integration architecture across multiple organizations and platforms
