The role requires deep knowledge of AI/ML, data preparation, model training/fine-tuning, and production pipelines with MLOps; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver compliant, scalable AI solutions that support business goals and regulatory standards like HITRUST, SOC 2, and

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
• 3+ years of experience developing Machine Learning (ML) models.
• 3+ years of experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting.
• Experience working in healthcare (Advantage).
• Proficiency in Python (Advantage).
• Proficiency in Node.js (Advantage).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define AI use cases and timelines.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop compliant, scalable AI systems.
• Lead rapid prototyping to demonstrate AI value and drive adoption.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and contribute to the long-term strategy.
• Research, design, and implement ML models including deep learning and NLP.
• Conduct data preparation, cleansing, and feature engineering.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune models for performance.
