Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting radiology or related clinical workflows, software and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing clinical and/or technical projects.
• Experience with FDA clearance preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership.
• Proven ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.
• Experience delivering AI adoption training and programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on clinical workflows and AI-enabled tools for end users and stakeholders.
• Design, test, and validate clinical and technical workflows for AI deployment.
• Build and optimize scalable processes for clinical AI programs; monitor performance and utilization.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, data science, operations, vendors and clients.
• Manage end-to-end project execution: planning, resources, timelines and communication.
• Translate clinical needs into technical requirements and drive solution design and integration.
• Support AI adoption through user training and ongoing clinician engagement.
