Job summary

Waterstone Human Capital leads AI and technology initiatives, owning end-to-end technology operations while actively building and deploying practical AI-enabled solutions that improve business performance.

The candidate will oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, data governance, and vendor relationships in a hands-on leadership role, with opportunities to expand capabilities and grow a team as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience serving as a hands‑on technology owner who has built, implemented, administered, and improved systems.
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or workflow solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Direct ownership of an ERP or comparable enterprise platform, including implementation, administration, integration, or significant optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows and inefficiencies; determine where AI or automation adds value.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled or automated solutions.
• Establish measurable outcomes for each initiative (time saved, costs avoided, etc.).
• Own and operate core technology environment including enterprise systems, infrastructure, software, and vendors.
• Maintain reliable day-to-day operations while driving modernization and improvements.
• Evaluate tech investments, manage external partners, ensure secure, scalable systems.
