Job summary

Workstream is building AI-native services to deliver completed business outcomes for the deskless workforce. The role centers on turning a single service into a repeatable, profitable operation, architecting and building the delivery system, agents, integrations, evaluations, and human review to ensure margins.

As a full-time, hybrid Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will lead a technical team, own delivery economics, and partner across product, design, and GTM to ship reliable AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Built and operated at least one AI agent or agentic workflow in production.
• Led a technical team, including hiring or developing people and making architecture trade-offs.
• Served customers directly—from discovery and workflow mapping through launch and measurable outcomes.
• Owned delivery economics—a cost model, a margin, or a capacity plan with defendable rationale.
• Decomposed a service into deterministic steps, agentic decisions, human judgment, and escalation rules with tests.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the delivery system for AI-enabled services.
• Lead and grow a technical team and collaborate across functions.
• Own the cost structure, margins, and capacity planning for scalable delivery.
• Define testing, evaluation, and monitoring processes to prevent low-quality AI output.
• Productize bespoke customer work into reusable systems while avoiding non-economic customization.
