Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking a Gen AI Engineer to work on-site across multiple sites including Irving, TX. The role focuses on embedding with product and engineering teams to accelerate AI adoption throughout the PDLC, delivering practical, repeatable patterns and governance integrated into delivery workflows.

You will prototype workflows with AI, drive measurable improvements, and influence without formal authority while balancing risk and speed in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coaching with engineering teams to apply AI in real workflows.
• Define and operationalize AI standards, patterns and templates.
• Design and deliver enablement programs: playbooks, trainings, workshops.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing toolchains and dev workflows.
• Communicate effectively to leadership and drive adoption with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to coach through hands-on AI adoption.
• Define and propagate AI standards, reference architectures, templates.
• Create enablement assets: playbooks, training materials, workshops.
• Prototype AI value in pipelines and tooling, rapid prototyping.
