Terradyne Engineering Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager to lead high-volume transactional accounting and provide GAAP-compliant financial oversight. You will personally handle daily AP/AR, cash activity, and month-end close while supervising an Accounting Associate focused on AR.

You will manage financial reporting, multi-entity consolidations, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment, coordinating audits and special projects as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance; 3+ years progressive accounting experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Personally manage high-volume daily accounting operations: AP, AR, payment processing, cash activity, reconciliations.
• Oversee AR operations: invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliation, refunds, deposits.
• Direct and supervise Accounting Associate for AR; set priorities, review work, train, meet deadlines.
• Manage month-end close: journal entries, accruals, schedules, reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports; consolidate multiple entities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP-compliant records; coordinate audits and insurance schedules.
