Truity Partners LLC in the Greater Minneapolis area is seeking a Director of Accounting to provide hands-on oversight of a multi-entity environment, leading the close, consolidation, financial reporting, and audit coordination. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–10+ years of people management experience.
Hands-on leadership of accounting operations, not just oversight.
Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidations.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
ERP experience; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and ensure timely financial information.
Oversee the consolidation of financial results across the organization.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and other schedules.
Maintain general ledger integrity and consistent accounting practices.
Coordinate annual audit activities and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure GAAP compliance.
