LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior Accountant for a growing healthcare organization in Addison, TX. You will own core accounting processes, financial reporting, month-end close, and audit and tax support while partnering with Finance and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills with ERP experience to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or external audit.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant results.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for data integrity.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for management and external stakeholders.
• Support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Maintain strong internal controls and payroll-related accounting.
