Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public or industry).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned monthly P&L statements and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals as part of the month-end close process.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, including supporting schedules and documentation.
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger in accordance with accounting standards.
• Support payroll accounting and monthly accruals, including inter-company reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting issues while contributing to process improvements and special projects.
• Partner cross-functionally to analyze financial variances and support overall business operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
