Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, credit-card activity, and GL functions.
Lead reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and supporting documentation.
Monitor cash flow, aging, obligations, discrepancies, and financial risk.
Maintain accurate data between QuickBooks Online, Service Fusion, and spreadsheets.
Supervise and develop assigned accounting staff with clear expectations and training.
Explain financial results and participate in executive-level planning.
