Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Accounting Manager in Chiloquin, OR, with an opportunity to become a permanent member of our client’s team. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Experience as Accounting Manager or similar role preferred.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with management and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts; analyze variances.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with audits and CPAs.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and POS/accounting systems; ensure data integrity.
