G10 Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the month-end close, supervise accounting staff, and ensure GAAP compliance. This hands-on role will directly engage in ERP work, journal entries, and reconciliations while owning internal controls and documentation that support financial statements.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI to enhance close processes and reporting. Collaboration with lenders, auditors, and cross-functional teams is expected as the finance team modernizes workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting or finance setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end close process and close calendar.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations and provide guidance to staff.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and research accounting questions as needed.
• Oversee AP workflows and Vendor/Ramp approval processes.
• Oversee AR, cash application and monitoring, including vendor portals.
• Maintain internal controls and document controls gaps.
• Coordinate with external lenders and auditors.
• Drive ERP process improvements to shorten close and reduce manual work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
