West Central Equipment LLC in New Alexandria, PA is seeking an Accounting Intern for late Winter 2027 through Summer 2027, part-time, on-site. You will assist with AP/AR, invoicing, inventory, financial reporting, and learn dealership accounting in a tractor dealership.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, good communication, confidentiality, and eager to learn in a small-business environment.

Mansioni

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoice entry and payment posting.
• Prepare and review sales documents, and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Help reconcile and maintain inventory accounts.
• Support monthly sales tax reporting and journal entries.
• Maintain and organize financial records and invoices.
• Assist with sales and parts department accounting.
• Learn dealership management software such as Equip and John Deere Sales Center.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and digital records.
• Support special accounting projects as assigned.
