Job summary

AGRILAND FS is offering a Summer Business Accounting internship at the corporate office in Winterset, IA. You will work with experienced accountants and bookkeepers to assist in many different accounting functions.

The internship is 8-12 weeks, paid, with opportunities for company training, tours and mentor-wise projects, plus exposure to management leaders who will guide you while you gain autonomy with supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an Accounting, Ag Business or Finance degree at a 4 year university, with at least two summers left before graduation.
• Prefer strong accounting focus with ability to work independently and on a team.
• Experience learning business software and using software to complete projects.
• Demonstrate business knowledge, collaboration, communication and customer focus.

AGRILAND FS is a growing cooperative offering products and services to a variety of consumers and businesses in Agriculture, Fuel, Lubricants, Propane, Structures, and Turf. The Summer Business Accounting internship will be located at the corporate office in Winterset (30 minutes Southwest of Des Moines) and will have the opportunity to work with experienced accountants and bookkeepers as the intern assists in many different business accounting functions.

Position Offers:

Requirements:
