Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior.
• Degree and major of study in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Apply receipts and generate any necessary credit/debit memos.
• Record and classify accounts payable/receivable data daily.
• Reconcile AP/AR ledgers to ensure accuracy and posting.
• Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and statements.
• Support aging payable/receivable reporting and client communications.
• Generate reports detailing AP/AR status as needed.
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
• Comply with AP-related regulatory requirements (W-9, sales tax, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
