Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processing.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
• Comfortable working in a small team with semi-automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable workflow, including 3-way matching and tracking payment schedules.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Perform reconciliations for bank, AR, AP, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Support payroll by reviewing timesheets and assisting HR with data entry and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and other accounting projects as assigned.
