Atrium Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to manage a home health caseload and deliver OT services in patients’ residences. You will coordinate with physicians and supervise support staff to ensure safe, effective therapy and timely documentation.

The role requires an accredited OT degree, state licensure, and BLS certification, with 1 year of clinical/home health experience preferred. Local travel to Stanly region may be involved and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Licensed OT to practice in the state is required.
• 1 year of clinical care or home health experience is preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) is required.

• Manage daily patient caseload and document per plan of care.
• Collect data from home assessments and EMR to inform treatment.
• Develop and implement plan of care with physician input.
• Provide OT services and supervise COTAs/HHAs as appropriate.
• Educate family and staff on therapy methods and equipment.
