Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS within 3 months of hire date.
• No prior experience required; outpatient hand therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based OT evaluation and treatment for upper extremity conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with functional goals.
• Fabricate and progress custom upper-extremity orthoses as appropriate.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document thoroughly and meet productivity expectations.
